    Lack of appetite

    Does anyone have any advise on increasing appetite. I have eq but I dont want to go that route yet. I need around 4500 cal a day.

    Diet in detail would help. Kcals/P/C/F count per meal. How far are they spread apart.

    As of now this is my diet
    6:30am 2cups oats, protein shake 40g protein, and a bannana
    8:00am medium sized potatoe (i nuke it for about 2min and trow some butter on)
    8:30 to 9:45 workout
    10 am protein shake whey 40g and bannana
    12:00 steak with beans and a veggie sometimes salad
    2:00pm avacado and the rest of the steak from lunch(I bought a beef and the steaks are freaking huge)
    5:00 pm a protein shake 40g and either bannana or apple
    8:00pm varies usually enchiladas and pinto beans or some casserole(this is the family meal so my options are limited)

    one cycle sus and deca year and a half ago for the last 10 yrs I worked a very physical job where we only took a 15 min break throughout a 10 hr day. so it was however much food u could cram in your face in 15 min to get through the day Now that I am not working their anymore I'd like to try and put some weight on

    B12 and B Complex injections increase appetite in some people

    dam I cant believe i forgot about those we used to take those in highschool. also I think maybe mixing the protein shakes with water instead of milk might help with the constant bloated feeling

    not the best thig but because of you work out time it might have to do=carb for energy, try fat free buter spray instead
    8:30 to 9:45 workout

    maybe lose the bananna

    avacado has enough fat i understand your trying to gain but pending on the cut of beef could be high in fat

    why not go for 6oz lean protien, chicken or turkey with yam or brown rice
    8:00pm varies usually enchiladas and pinto beans or some casserole(this is the family meal so my options are limited)

    could you squeeze in a 10:00 o'clock casien shake or cottage cheese here before bed to stay anabolic?
