Low carb diet, while on cycle, bad idea?

    Planning on eating lots vegs/meats...

I don't plan on eating breads/pasta/any form of sweets/oats grains/ most nuts etc...

    Would this be okay?

I should I stick to a well rounded diet?

    Say...

Breakfast 10 egg whites, large salad with fat free dressing.

Snack large salad/fat free dressing / small can of tuna with 2tbsp of olive oil.

Lunch 3 large cucumbers / LOTS of baked or grilled turkey or chicken.

Snack 2 scoops of whey(50 Grams)

Pre workout 2scoops of whey + (handfull of almonds)

    Post workout 2scoops of whey.

Dinner Large cut of fish (will try to stick to lean fish here)

If I think that I still need more food, I will eat another can of tuna with 2tbsp of olive oil + a large salade with fat free dressing.

Now every thing will change slightly by the day... But not much.

    Thanks guys...

If this is in the wrong forum please let me know.

A simple 500MGS of test E per week for 12 weeks followed by PCT 14 days after last pin.

I was going to go 750 per week, but another member advised against it.

And yes, to lose body fat / lean strong mass.

I dont think you will get the gains that you would with that kind of diet, but to each their own..If you do decide to follow that regimen please post your results I would like to hear the pros and cons you experience..

^^^hard to say gain wise as for keto you are cal deficient. be honest i wouldn't be expecting really any gains. just to prevent catobilsm really. i dont know the cals are that the OP is consuming. or his stats for that fact.

The fat free products , are the ones which have higher carbs and sugar. On keto you better consume the fatty dressings.
