    quick question.

    Im at the end of my first cycle which was anavar for 6 weeks @ 50mg a day.
    iv gained 10-11 pounds.
    my question is, do i start PCT the day after my cycle finishes? and is 20mg of nolva for 4 weeks sufficient?

    To the best of my knowledge youre supposed to run PCT 2 weeks after. Although I'm not entirely sure if that applies for an anavar only cycle. The usual split for nolva is 40/40/20/20 though.

    seriously guys, can nobody simply advise me on how long after my var cycle i should start my PCT? and if 20/20/20/20 on nolva is ok.

    pct should start after last var dose and 40/40/20/20 i believe will work

    you can start PCT day after you finish.

    from what i've read, 3 weeks ED should be sufficient. 40/20/20
