Confused about gyno reversal Letro v. Nolva?

So I have some slight gyno (hard tissue behind the right nipple) that is probably from puberty and a past PH cycle. Nothing major but I would like to get rid of it or at least reduce it.

What I am confused about is which chem to use; Letro or Nolva? (Or other)

this thread describes a Letro method:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...now-about-GYNO.
However I have heard that Letro is harsh and that theres no reason to take 2.5mmgs/day

And in this thread it says that Nolva is effective at reversing gyno, however I couldn't really find dosages/a regimen to follow in this thread
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ARMachine-quot

So which one should I use and how should I dose them/run them for?

BTW the only thing I am taking right now is Clenbuteral, I am cutting and eating in calorie defeceit at about 2200/day with % cals from C/P/F ~ 30/50/20

    Stats:
    Age: 22
    ht: 6'1"
    wt: 194
    bf%: ~15
training exp: on and off for 5 years, serious last 2 years

Thank you very much for the help

Nolvadex or Raloxifene is the safer and more effective choice in my opinion, however the likelihood of recurrence with either protocol is high. If it were me I would run tamoxifen at 20-40mg ED

Until you see and feel a reduction. it usually takes time, could be anywhere from 4-12 weeks.

I would even run it for a number of weeks after signs have gone....
Do not ask me for a source check.

^agreed. If you decide to go with letro (which I dont recommend) your going to need to run Nolva anyway for when you come off.

I'd go with Letro for 5-6 weeks (yes, you'll experience sides), taper, then hit Rolaxifene for 5-6 weeks.

    Done.

You seem to be very knowledgeable on the subject so I think this is what I will do. Do you have any advice on dosages? One more question does AR-R carry Rolaxifene? That's the only place I know to get them chems from, if they don't will nolva work?

I agree with the Doc and Matt.
My rather extensive studies in this area, clearly indicate Nolva’s superiority in clinical studies to all other therapies, and for all types of gyno causes including idiopathic ones (unknown).

Resolution is VERY individual, you can't just predetermine a tx period. However, as noted my Matt, tx should outrun full symptom resolution by at least two weeks similar to antibiotic usage. Lastly, a mere 40mgs ED to start (several days; approx. a week) then 20mgs ED is sufficient.

Letro is definitely strong enough but combats it differently, taking an estro reduction stance, whereas Nolva disallows absorption thereby literally starving the newly formed abnormal tissue of estro nourishment without further disrupting the test:estro ratio…the central cause of all gyno.

In this thread I better explain the poin, and the supporting clinical perspective behind it due to some very good Q & A:
