so, my plan was to ramp up clen, starting 60mcg, increase 20mcg every 2-3 days till 140mcg. (2 weeks)
then taper down while on keto and hold at ~100mcg for another 2-4weeks on keto (100mcg has good BP and resting heart rate for me).
but i'm a doofus and didn't have the keto before i started, tried to get it from xxxxxx at the end of the first week, and it probably wont be in my hands in time.
moral of the story- have the shit before you start... good thing it was just clen and not a true cycle with wasted gear or gyno without AI/serm.
