2nd cycle need help choosing please help!

    Hey guys,

I am new to this forum so I apologize in advance if I ask a stupid question. I am 24 years old, 140 lbs, 5'9. I have previously took a cycle and now looking to take a 2nd. I was just wondering what would be a good lean bulking cycle? I am looking to gain weight but willing to do it in moderation because I want the hard muslce look all the way through.

    Thanks

You really need to build some kind of base first, at 140lbs you have a long way to go before you start cycling. You need to really adjust your diet to suit your goals, it would also be pointless in starting any kind of cycle because your diet wouldnt support any kind of new muscles tissue, head over to the diet section and check out the stickies on bulking diets, best of luck

I guess I should give you some more information...When I started working out I was roughly 110 to 115 lbs i've always been really light. I ended up bulking with diet and a cycle to roughly 145-148 then lost some size and went to 140. When I started this cycle I had a personal trainer and a meal plan. As of 3 months ago i've started my meal plan again. Please let me know if this changes anything. Thanks guys

It doesnt change anything, you need to build more of a foundation via diet before steroids , you simpley have to eat more, check out the diet section and post your daily diet.

You just started your diet plan again?? You need to be on a good diet constantly not just when you want to get serious. Be serious all the time bro ... the only way to get where you want to be. I agree with the rest of the guys ... I'm 5'8" also and was only 135 when I graduated but if you get your diet right you can jump that up to 180 pounds without the help of steroids . Personally what helped me was to actually log everything I ate for a month or two and see how many carbs/proteins/fats I was seriously taking in a day. It's easy to "think" you're taking in enough but really only be taking in enough for maintenance and not for growth. I use livestrong.com to log my diet but I'm sure there are others as well. You can lookup the foods on there, I select the ones that say verified, log when you ate it and how many servings. You can also set your calorie goal to gain weight and it will tell you approximately what you need to take in EVERY day.

Best advice is to log what you're currently doing to see how far under you really are. Make sure your ratios and numbers are good. Also, as previously suggested, look at the diets of other people and start plugging those things you could realistically eat in the application to come up with a good diet for yourself. It may take a few months but believe me it helped me gain lots of weight without AAS. Now that I started AAS I still need it to help me modify my diet to take me to the next level.

Once you get that diet right and max out close to your natural potential then use AAS if you really want to take it a step further but you'll still need to have that diet right ... without it, you'll never make the gains you want or will just lose them afterwards. Good luck bro.
