    Newbie Needing Help!

    Hey everyone whats up? I'm Andrew. Stumbled upon this site after looking up some information and wanted to ask some questions to the higher ups. Ill explain the situation.

    I 25 years old, and am 5"7. I weigh 215 and after doing my BMI I found out that 165-170 of those pounds are muscle. That means that the other 45 are fat...UGH. Technically I am obese(damn doctors) but I work out regularly(4-5 days a week). My main problem is diet. Starting in 2 weeks Ill be getting on a cycle of some LIQUID that a friend is supplying me. Its a bottle that reads "Winnstrol/Clenbuterol". My friend tells me to take 1 cc a day, first thing in the morning, 5 days a week. One bottle will last 2 weeks, and to do it for 6 weeks. So...this poses a few questions.

    1. Estimated, with diet and hardcore cardio(30 mins every morning on an empty stomach), how much weight am I looking to lose?

    2. What's a good PCT needed for after?

    3. Since this is oral, do I need liver care? If so, how many Liv.52 do I take a day?

    4. Once I get off, with STRICT diet and cardio, will I keep the fat off and be able to focus more on strength and muscle gains?

    I have a very good friend who is in PHENOMINAL shape who's telling me NOT to get on this. No, he's not anti steroid, he himself has been on/off since 17 and is roughly 25 now. He just says that Winni/Clen is just gonna harden and shape my muscles, but I wont be able to see them because of the layer of fat. Any truth to that?

    Also, my friend who's selling me the Winni/Clen is telling me that I should stack it with Tren. Im not finding very much info on it(maybe im not looking the right place?) but the info I HAVE found has told me its a cutting agent, and to me, stacking tren/winni/clen seems like thats a bit much to lean out...or maybe its not enough? I dunno. Anyone wanna help?

    Ok, ur first body is right, u won't see any results, all u need is strict diet and hard work. If you go with what ur other friend is telling u, ul be putting ur self at risk and will be trowing ur money away.

    Sounds like thats all you need for now if your carrying that much fat. I understand the diet cant always be perfect because of the cost of time but do the best you can, It helps to read the labels on food and take note of what your eating. You will surprise yourself.... You need to do a lot more research if your just getting some "liquid" off a friend and your going to take it. And your asking about PCT? You should already be able to work that out for yourself as a newbie if your running a basic cycle.

    What you need to do is get rid of the fat, yeah your going to lose some muscle in doing so but once the fat is on you can start up from a good base. You must be eating shit and lifting the heaviest weights you can at the moment... Lower the weights and increase the reps. Id say do 30-45mins of cardio every day and go swimming a few times a week.


    I understand why people ask for help but i dont understand why they dont use the search function on here and the search function on google...

    no good bud.winstol/clen combo .i would work on thediet first. then get the oral clen from the sponcer ar-r i hear alot of good stuff on here about it .but regardless you came to the right forum

    Winstrol makes you look hard by dehydrating you
    Clen is anti-catobolic and will protect muscle loss

    No magic in the above mix that will increase your fat loss.
