Test Cyp: 400 mg/wk Weeks 1-10
Arimidex: .5 mg eod Weeks 1-15 also probably will add propecia

HCG : 250 IU 2x/wk Weeks 4-12
Clomid: 100 mg days 1-11, 50 mg days 12-21 Weeks 13-15
Nolvadex: 20 mg/day Weeks 13-15

which will have least chances of sides such as gyno and hair loss thanks.

Alright thanks man this is my first cycle ever does it sound like a good one, and do i have all my bases checked off, and also do i need any other support supps will take multi fish oil too

The test will give WAY more gains and you'll feel great.
The Hdrol (especially at that dose) would not be too impressive.
But the Hdrol would be milder and easier to recover from.
