when pinning the glute with a 1 and a half inch needle 1 1/2" do you bury the needle all the way. or eas it in 1 1/4 and leave some out i read this on hear today ???

Leave a little sticking out incase it snaps (unlikely but you never know) remember you are twisted and in a awkward position and I guess anything is possible.

All the way in IMO. Prevents too much moving of the needle
