greetings users and vets, I seek your expert advice, please see below.
As a preface, I haven't used AAS in over two years now. I am currently 23 and the first cycle I ever did (sust250, dec, and dianabol) was when I was about 20 years of age and I followed it with clomid and nolvadex. The following cycle was tren enanth (finarex) and test, with dbol.
The highest dosage I ever did was 1 mL every third day, or approximately 400-500 mg/week and a stair step dbol program of starting out with 3/day for a couple weeks, then up to 5, then 6... then back down to 5 during week 6-7 and so on and so forth, so I don't believe I ever abused them or took them in excess.
I have done a total of 3 cycles in my life, all of which were within a two year span, leaving at least 2 months in between cycles and using proper PCT.
Before too many of you start a diatribe on my age, I know I am too young, hence the reason I have ceased my use.
My questions is this, I notice now that if I have an erection (which I have no problem getting) and I get to the point of release, my testicles will start to retract up inside my groin area and after I release I actually have to push the testes back down into the sack physically otherwise they would almost be situated above my penis. Although I would claim to have normal libido and the testicles are descended most of the time and I have no pain to speak of, is there a possibility that my indigenous test levels have been permanently altered or declined due to those cycles I did years ago when I was, and still am, too young because my body was still developing.
Just for some stats, I am 23, 78 inches tall, 207 lbs. and app. 9-10% BF with a resting heart rate of 68 bpm. I have always worked out and was always in sports, I lifted in high school, just not to the extent I do now. My diet is arguably one of the best around, it's all organic, 7-grain oats with flax, egg whites, several cups of vegetables daily, lots of fruit, chicken tloins, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes and yams, whey protein shakes, casein shakes before bed, lots of water, norweigan cod liver oil, multis, kefir, 1% milk, whole grains with almond butter or natural peanut butter, etc... and I have been on the 6 meals/day diet religiously for about 3 years.
I always lift with proper form, and never more than 4 days a week. I use a spotter whenever possible and I record my workouts and track any gains/losses or progress. With large muscle groups, I never do more than 4-5 different exercises and with smaller groups I will limit it to 2-3 exercises. I do circuit training/cardio once a week for about 30 mins. My good friend is a trainer at the gym I go to and is very helpful with lifting advice and training in ensuring proper technique and form.
I just had a routine physical at the Dr's and everything was ok, although I haven't had any bloodwork or anything done yet. So if anyone has anything to contribute here that would be greatly appreciated, if you need more info to diagnose then ask and I will gladly fill in the gaps.
Thanks for your time, happy and safe lifting.
