    Please Help: a noob need some help

    First of all: I hope this is the right place where to post this.

    Second: If this is not, I hope the moderator to move it where it belongs and forgive me for the mistake.

    Now let me start a long post (sorry) to clarify my goals and my question:

    As I mentioned in my presentation post I am fat.
    I am not only fat, I am also big for my goals, I mean not big as a pro-bodybuilder but I am not interested in that, even if my arms are 22in. (fat included of course.. lol) but I am waaaay too fat.

    Last time I ran an impedentiometric (sp) test, the one where via electricity resistence the computer calculate the medium composition of the subject body, compared to some standard value, so not very accurate, I had 85Kg of "good stuff" (muscle, bones, organs and stuff) and 30Kg of "bad stuff" aka fat.
    Since then I lost more or less 2Kg but I am growing in mass, a "side" effect that I AM NOT looking for, (belive it or not this affect me every time I train.. even if I train with low reps+heavy weight for strenght) and strenght, so I guess I have lost more fat than the rest.

    DIET: I am following a metabolic diet, where my calories intake is given mostly by proteins, from food and supplements, with moderate fat and very low carbs.
    The doctor that gave me the diet also gave me pharmacy made pills with hoodia, triac (considering my thiroid is very "lazy").
    SUPPS: As normal supplements I use arginine and BCAA/EAA pre and post work-out, I use a protein shake as a post w/o, I also use Beta-Alenine pre and post and a test-booster (but I am almost done with that and I am switching to a different protocol of legal supplement test boosting after this one). I tend not to use any form of creatine, loosing the strenght advantage I maight have from it, because I am very reactive to creatine: I tend to bulk up a lot but, again, I m not looking for any size/mass ganis.

    Main goal: shed away fat while keeping my muscle (I don't want more but I love thos that I already have!)
    Secondary goal: increase in muscular density and vascularity
    Third goal: increase in strenght directly linked to better training

    And now the reason because I am here annoying you all: I am planning to start a cycle with ANAVAR and WINN50 to shed away the most body fat but with low to no muscle size gains.

    I am considering to run this cycle for 8 weeks but I would like to know your advice on that. Also I have no idea if there will be a PCT or not: even if I read the wonderfull anavar FAQ in the forum I would like to know from other user that have used it.

    After this cycle, and eventually after the related pct, I am also interested in the hGH 166-199 to get even more leaner..

    Please evaluete my idea of cycle, give me all the suggestion and advice you consider important and guide me trough this :-)

    Your cycle plan is a poor one, at this point in time all you need is a solid diet and complete cardio routine...

    Using diet and cardio alone will be more than enough to hit your goals...

    Thanks for the first answer.
    As I have written, I am already dieting and, for the cardio side of training, I am on HIIT usually 30min on treadmil or elliptical machine.
    I am looking to a way to achieve my goal in a period of time shorter than what will be needed using the plain old way.

    Hello All,

    i am absolutely new to this forum, even a bit ignorant how to actually use it. So please excuse me incase I do something wrong.

    I am 5 feet 10.5 inches. I use to weight 95 kgs at 35 % bf. I started workingout 16 months back. Slowly and surely I have reached 80 kgs at 20 % BF. I went down to 75 kgs at 17.5 % bf, but then gained some weight back.

    Now I wanna start back in full swing. I wanna reach 10 % BF and aim at being 74 kgs, which means I need to lose 10 Kg fat and gain 4 kg muscle mass.

    I maintain my diet to a level where I am 500 Kcal deficit for 6 days. Eating 200 gms protein though right sources. 150 gms Carbs and 40 gms Fats equally divided in 6 meals.

    I wanna go on cycle. Pills preferably coz I am ''needlephobic''

    Could some1 help me with diet and cycle info. I am absolutely clueless which ones to take and google has confused me all d way more.

    My exercises goes something like this

    Monday: Superset CHEST : TRICEPS 5 sets, 12 Reps
    Tuesday: HIIT 30 minutes + Abs + Lower back
    Wednesday: Superset BACK : BICEPS 5 sets, 12 Reps
    Thursday: HIIT 30 minutes + Abs + Lower back
    Friday: Superset LEGS: SHOULDERS 5 sets, 12 Reps
    Saturday: HIIT 30 minutes + Abs + Lower back

    I am too uneducated to be on this forum or can I really get some help. I am willing to do anything, ANYTHING to get down to the level I mentioned. PLEASE HELP !!!

    Thanks, I try to do better this time, for cardio: besides the fact that I h8 it, I don't usually have time to spend 1h over the treadmil/stepmil. I may decide to wake up a bit early in the morning and do some bodyweight exercise but I have pretty long day and I am not always able to do so and still sleep long enough. I usually go to the gym late in the afternoon, let say that I start to train at 8pm at best and I spend 1h in the witght room and, after 5 min at the restroom, I jump over the treadmil for the HIIT. Considering the training session lenght, the shower at the end of it, the 40 minutes it takes me to go home, the time to eat, start digestion, take the pre-sleep stuff and then go to bed, I can rarelly sleep more than 6 hours a nite.. sometime not even 5,5h per nite and we all know this is not enough to fully recover. Belive me or not, but double the cardio is not always an option.. of course I will double it on saturday, when I have more time. This is one of the main reason that made me look for gear and stuff..

    Anyway, I did some more research on the net and in this amazing forum and found out some more info to consider for my cycle plan. I hope this second tought is better then the first one, here we go:

    Starting in January 2011:

    Cycle number 1 - lenght including PCT = 11 weeks

    ANAVAR @ 50mg/DIE (split) for 8 weeks
    TRIBULUS @ 8g/DIE (split with an intake before training and one before sleep) for 12 weeks
    AVENA SATIVA @ 4g/DIE (split as tribulus)
    CLOMID @ 50mg/DIE from week 9 to 11
    CLEN @ 60mcg/DIE (3 intakes)
    CYTOMEL @ 75mcg/DIE (3 intakes)

    Cycle number 2 - lenght including PCT = 11 weeks

    ANAVAR @ 50mg/DIE (split) for 8 weeks
    PROVIRON @ 25mg/DIE (one intake) from week 3 to week 8
    CLOMID @ 50mg/DIE from week 9 to 11
    CLEN @ 60mcg/DIE (3 intakes) from week 1 to 8
    CYTOMEL @ 75mcg/DIE (3 intakes) from week 1 to 8

    Cycle number 3 - lenght including PCT = 11 weeks

    ANAVAR @ 50mg/DIE (split) for 8 weeks
    TEST-PROP @ 50mg/DIE (one injection) from week 3 to week 8
    CLOMID @ 50mg/DIE from week 9 to 11
    CLEN @ 60mcg/DIE (3 intakes) from week 1 to 8
    CYTOMEL @ 75mcg/DIE (3 intakes) from week 1 to 8

    STANDARD SUPPS: I will use ANIMAL PAK as a multivit with BCAA and antioxidant, animal PM as a recovery/sleep aid and, eventually if none of you tell me not to use ANIMAL STACK as the PRE-W/O tribulus+avena sativa combo. I will also use ANIMAL NITRO as BCAA supplementation, ANIMAL OMEGA as EFA supplementation and ANIMAL FLEX as joint support, all those "standard" supplements will provide me with plenty of antioxidant, liver detox stuff (mainly milk thistle and flax oil) vitamins ( C & E in great amount) NAC and R-ALA to keep all the problem at bay, I am not going to use creatine of any kind: I am very reactive to creatine and I bulk up very quikly on it so I will avoid it, eventually I will try to enhance the nutrient trnasportation with kre-alkaline creatine if, after testing it, I will see that I don't bulk on it.
    I already use this stuff and love it so I will stick with that part of the plan.

    What do you think about that?
    do I need other PCT stuff to help clomid?
    THe total time I will cycle will reach 33 weeks, do you think it is too much?
    Do you think it is wrong to stop completelly the gear in the week from 9 to 11 where I will use only Clomid?

    To clarify how I train:
    @ the gym from 3 to 6 times a week
    each day I train one bigger muscle (quads, glutes, back, chest)
    and one smaller (triceps, biceps, traps and shoulder with the latter never togheter)
    sometime I do tabatha training, sometime dogcrap, some other time supersets and some other time pyramid.. I try never to train the same muscle in the same way I trainied it in the previous session. I am just interested in increasing my strenght overall and mainly in my chest and quads, the rest is not that bad and in keeping my muscle while loosing fat.
    I train the "core" once or twice a week but this happen only if I think I have not stressed it enough while training other muscle (quads and hams/gluteus).
    For the HIIT session: i use treadmil, stepmill and all the oter machine that make me sweat and I do that for 30 minutes every time I train.

    Matt, I hope this time I did a better job. Please don't blame me if I am ignorant on that stuff and be patient and teach me :-)
