Exclamation Is it possible for gear to be seized and not drop a custom letter?

It happened on Thursday when I went to pick up my express mail package. I opened the express mail bag to find another empty USPS empty box. There seemed not to be any kind of protrusion or force on the bag.

Is is possible that customs might have grabbed it and not put anything back, including a seize letter?

I have never had a package seized in the past so I would think my mail box is not red flagged!

My source insists he packed the gear himself and he feels there is something fishy going on..

    What do you guys think?

I 8uck ing hate this because I was in the middle of a reload cycle and I was making incredible record-personal gains..

Ya I've had multiple things seized without a letter.

    Yes...its happened to me.
But they wouldn't seize your items and still send you an empty box..

I guess that means that I'm pretty much screwed and my mailbox will be red flagged...

I read another post on hear about a package being opened and the gear being emptied and the rest of the stuff being sent, I wouldn't be surprised to find out the boys at customs weren't f-ing with use
