Exclamation Is it possible for gear to be seized and not drop a custom letter?

It happened on Thursday when I went to pick up my express mail package. I opened the express mail bag to find another empty USPS empty box. There seemed not to be any kind of protrusion or force on the bag.

Is is possible that customs might have grabbed it and not put anything back, including a seize letter?

I have never had a package seized in the past so I would think my mail box is not red flagged!

My source insists he packed the gear himself and he feels there is something fishy going on..

    What do you guys think?

I 8uck ing hate this because I was in the middle of a reload cycle and I was making incredible record-personal gains..

Ive never heard of that happening before, everytime Ive ever read anything about that a letter was always sent saying ur package had an illegal substance in it and they have shipped it back or had it destroyed, I was also advised on not to sign the letter or send it back if it gives you that option as to that means you have knowledge that it was supposed to go to you and then they could probably take it further, they also may make multiple attempts to try and get you to sign the letter, just dont do it. I'm not an expert on this but ive read a few forums giving this advice, if i were you i would type it into google and read about it, google has everything
