    Clen and Melanotan 2 cycle

    Hey just started my 2nd cycle of clen today and just running a log to see if you guys can pick any results eg loss in bf% etc, stats are

    25
    185cm
    100kg
    training forr 7 years last 2-3 solid with diet
    ran 1 3 week course of clen before and seen some good results in body fat loss.

    I ordered some Clen from AR-R and some melanotan for the mrs ( might try it if it works on her) and im from Australia and it DID get through customs took about 3 weeks but got through fine ordered online and paid then had to pick it up from post office and sign for it, got no letters or warnings or anything and it looked like it was opened by customs too!!.

    anyway cycle/ Diet as follows
    Liquid clen 30ml , 200mcg/ml ( or 200ug u is micro is aus) so 0.2ml=40ug


    1: 40mcg
    2: 40mcg
    3: 60mcg
    4: 60mcg
    5: 80mcg
    6: 80mcg
    7: 100mcg
    8: 100mcg
    9: 120mcg
    10: 120mcg
    11: 100mcg
    12: 100mcg
    13: 80mcg
    14: 80mcg
    15: 60mcg
    16: 60mcg

    Will be doing at least 20min cardio each day
    Weights will consist of

    monday : full body - Clean and jerk, hang cleans , dead lifts etc
    tues : just high intensity cardio
    wed: legs
    thurs : chest
    fri : back shoudlers
    sat: off
    sun: low intensity cardio ,arms, abs, full body core workout chins, dips, planks etc
    mon: chest
    tues: legs
    wed: full body
    thurs: back shoulders (light )

    and just following a similar routine over to break up body groups trying not to do same group more than 2x per week but any help would be great so feel free to correct my program

    Diet will be 5-6 meals (depends on work) a day consisting of lean protenin low carb low fat meals eg
    5:30 am: egg white omlette, banana protein shake
    9:00 am : tuna cottage cheese and rice cakes
    11:00am : protein shake
    1:00pm : lean protein (beef or kangaroo meat) brown rice
    3:00pm : yoghurt and rolled oats
    6:00 pm : PWM protein shake 100g roo meat ( 25g protein per 100g meat)
    8:00pm: chicken breast broccoli brown rice

    meals will be very similar each day just may not be in same order.

    will be taking clen at about 7:00am each day and melanotan last thing at night yet to work out dosage for melanotan have 10mg of it in powder form so still have to mix it with bact water etc.

    I find its easiest to mix 2ml of water to each 10mg vial. Makes the maths easy.

    1mg = 20 on the syringe
    0.5mg = 10 on the syringe (assuming 1ml insulin needles)

    I tend to use 0.3-0.5mg per day but see how you go. Some people react differently to others. Great peptide MT2 love it!
