Hey guys and gals I am in an unconventional military organization in NC and I am in my 30's now and I am having a little trouble keeping up. My fitness level is very high, as my job requires, but as I am ageing I am having more and more trouble keeping up with the younger guys. I am slowly gaining body fat and I have worked through some pretty rough diets with limited success. I was advised that a cycle of winnie would help give me both an edge in the speed/ endurance catagory, as well as the added bonus of some help with the adipose.

I am currently

5'9
I fluxuate a lot but usually right at 200 lbs
and I measure at about 15-18% on the military's body fat scale.

I run or ruck (with a 65lb standard load), (a mix of both), on average between 25 and 40 miles a week, as well as mixed days with 1-2 hour lifting sessions or crossfit style workouts and distance swims. Most days I will get in an hour to an hour and a half of something cardio intensive, and then about 4 days a week an afternoon lifting session.

I have tried the paleo diet but I think my cardio intensity requires more carbohydrates than the diet allows, so let's call it a modified paleo diet. I believe I am pretty knowledgeable about athletic diet and untill the last 2 years I was able to maintain a fairly lean physique.

I know this is a long read, and if you've made it this far I really appreciate it. I am hoping for some help to determine in winnie may be the answer, or perhaps some masteron, and if so, what should they be supplemented with to counter the side effects.

Thank you very much
