Clomid Confusion?

OK, i have read all the shat on clomid blah blah, but i have heard two different things.

-Most of you guys say to wait three weeks after your last shot of (sust) to start clomid therapy.

-I have also read to start it like two weeks before you are done with the as?
please tell me the right way, and what to do

Take 300mg on day 1, 100mg every day for days 2-11, 50mg every day for days 12-21.

i have read the same stuff. i decided to start taking clomid the day of my last injection of sust.and cont.taking it every day for 3 weeks.it was my 1st cycle,and i was afraid of lossing my gains.during my cycle i increased on all of my weights,and gained 20 pounds.ive only lost 8 pounds and its been 2 months since my cycle.hope to start another cycle soon.
