Here's what I'm considering for a second cycle. I haven't done a cycle since my first one in probably 6 years.
Weeks 1-4: Test Prop 75mg ED
Weeks 1-15: Test E 600mg EW
Weeks 1-12: Eq 500mg EW
Throughout: Nolvadex 40 mg ED
followed by PCT of course
Stats:
5'11, 180 lbs, 26 years old
Something I'm not sure of is the doses. I'm not sure if it's too much. My first cycle was a 10 week cycle Dbol Weeks 1-4 and Test E weeks 1-10. While I was happy with the gains I put on, I did not keep much. I've been able to put that all back on and more naturally since then but it was a long road to get there. I'm hoping with a longer cycle with prop and Eq I'll be able to keep more muscle when it's all said and done.
I've been weightlifting since I was 16. Been naturally putting on muscle with supplements for the last couple years quiet well but have hit a wall lately so I'm thinking about trying a cycle again to get through that plateau.
I'd appreciate some comments. Thannks
