re-use drawing needle?

i don't do this, because it seems unsanitary but im not sure. now i'm running low on pins and my cvs is out of stock at the moment

is it possible to save the DRAWING NEEDLE (not the actual injection one), and just recap it... or is it as bad of an idea as it sounds

It dont sound that bad but why even risk it man you can get like 25-30 for like 6-7 bucks..

definately as bad of an idea as it sounds..... pins are cheap man - don't risk an infection.

I've been doing it for years with zero problems. I'm not suggesting that you do it or that it is a good idea though. I'll use the same pin to draw for 2ish weeks..... so this could equal 14 pulls or so with an ED pinning cycle.

Man I use the same one for months. My bac water pin is so old it bends.

My bac water pin is so old it bends.

Same but at least bac water kinda dries up. I eventually switch out needles on oil based gear because a good amount of droplets remain on the needle and needle cover/sleeve.
