    cyclist lokking for cycle info

my cycle history in the past has been to get a lean bulk, however i separated my shoulder (type3) complete separation at work and have been through one surgery where my rotator cuff and orbital socket were fixed but have another surgery in a week to repair two tares in both the front and rear head of my deltoid. after the injury i dropped from 194 down too 154 in a matter of 2 months. I maintained my proper diet dropped calories to compensate for lack of exercise but kept my macros at an acceptable range to keep my size at 154....

my question is, i am going to continue bicycling in preparation for a race in 2011 and want to use existing gear, sustanon 270 and eq at low doses just to keep my legs from waisting while i deal with rehab....

    proposed cycle
    eq 200mg wk (100mg e3d) 16 weeks
    sust 270mg wk (135mg e3d) 20 weeks

    pct nolva 40/20/20/20
    I have clomid as well...

will this cycle help me maintain what little muscle i have left till i can get back in the gym in 16 weeks?

ever look into getting hgh? it will make you recover much more quickly
ever look into getting some deca to run with your sust? the deca can also help your shoulder recover more smoothly once you have done the rehab

honestly, the steroids WILL help you maintain the muscle that you have left.. but the steroids would be much more effective if run when you can lift everything (i'm sure you know this)

if you choose to cycle, drop the EQ, shorten the cycle to: 10 weeks of sust @ 270mg E3D
    - the EQ really won't add much at all
    - are you completely unable to lift upper body? it isn't really advised to cycle if you can't lift your entire upper body
if you do choose to cycle, run the clomid and nolva together in pct, clomid at something like 100/50/50/50

ok with a shoulder injury can you not use a recumbant stationary bike. It requires no use of the upper body. I dont' think you should cycle, I do dissagree with the above about the EQ. If you were to still cycle EQ has a positive effect on joints and will help you eat which is difficult on pain meds after surgury sometimes. Maybe you can find a doc willing to write a script for HGH? Would be very bennificial to your healing process. I'm sorry to hear about your situation but my advice would be not to run AAS durring a 16 week period of inactivity

thanks to all of the responses....i am through wit the second cycle and cant do any compound upperbody exercises however i am able to do isolation exercises...concentration curls and some light cable pull downs for tri's....my dr is telling me that healing time is approx. 8 months there has to be a better way to be able to do this. i want to stay active and in the gym....its quite depressing watching your own body waist away day by day.
