I want to clear up gyno not on cycle. How long can this be ran for by itself? I would taper up to 2.5mg a day after 5 days. I dont need to come off it with nolv do I? I just want to get rid of this gyno.

You can run it for long periods of time, maybe a few months. It can take 30-60 days to build up in your body. (check for correctness) I am on it now, and tapered up just like you said. You should taper down in the same fashion, but I believe you need to come off of it with something. I've heard mixed opinions on this. Some say clomid/nolva is the way to go, although others have recommended caber or exemistane. I have prami, clomid and nolva, so I really am not positive which route I'll go. Prob ask the experts and see what comes up.....
