    First injection cycle...I'm scared.

    hey guys

    i'm 6'3, 195, ~15% bodyfat. My previous cycles consist of 2 PH cycles, and a 5 weeks cycle of Anavar only. I've been training hard for about 5 years and have a solid diet plan. I've figured i cant take orals forever, so it's time to step up...

    I'm going to be doing a 10 week cycle of Test-E at 500 mg every week. I have two bottles of H-drol I'd like to stack with it, however I'm not sure if it would be more beneficial whether to add it in to the begging or the end of the cycle. I'm thinking the end, so that the hardening/definining aspects of it will be more apparent.

    I'm looking to put on and keep about 15 lbs after PCT. Does this sound realistic for this cycle? Also, any critiques on the cycle? Will nolva be suffice for proper PCT? I've read that it would be, and i really hate clomid - makes me break out like a mother****er.

    Any advice as far as gauge of needles to use? What works best in your opinion?

    I have done a lot of research to try and answer these questions, so please don't flame just telling me "look that shit up bro." Any help that could be offered is truly greatly appreciated.

    Hey bud,

    Just started my first cycle last week of test e. If I could give you a couple pointers, if this is your first injection cycle, maybe kick down the test E... 400 should be plenty per week. Also, I was nervous as heck for my first pin, but after I did it I almost laughed at how much it didn't hurt... you might feel like you got charlie horsed the next day or two though...

    Also, I'm pretty lean at 6'0-195, so I find so far 1" .25gauge with the Z-track are working fine in the glutes, give it a shot and you should be fine...

    Couple people might shut you down with your current stats.. 6'3 + 195 - 15%, but sounds like your set on it anyway, so best of luck to you bro.

    P.S - might want to have an AI on hand just in case, I'm not sure how prone to gyno I'm gonna be, don't think I'll really be at all, but I do have some ldex on hand just in case. Also for PCT, I've read that nolva will suffice, but it's your body you're messing with, don't wanna take chances imo. I'm rocking clomid and nolva for 4 weeks (2 weeks after my last pin). 40/40/20/20 for nolva and 100/70/35/35 for clomid. cheers.

    (I've heard 15lbs with proper dieting / PCT afterwards isn't farfetched at all, just gotta remember to keep eating!)

    Those are some really weak stats, dude. Maybe you should lay off the gear and learn to train and eat right first.

    Yeah dude from those stats you havent really built much of anything besides a high bodyfat %.

    I'm 22. I fluctuate between 195-203, I'm not sure why it varies so much. I don't know what else to say about my stats except that I just have a tall slender build and I've hit a peak. That's why I want to start back the gear. My last pics are attached below.

    Any other information that could be offered is greatly appreciated

    Well disregard my last statement, i dont think your 15% BF, but you still can build alot more muscle naturally with good diet and training.

    pics look good .your on your way.not to bad i think you might be around12%bf or 13 not 15 im at 16% just calipered.

    Ok, so those shots look a bit better than your stats suggested. What do your legs look like? Do you train those?

    Since this is your first AAS cycle I would recommend you just stay with Test E. You don't know how your body will react to the AAS. You should stick to one compound for the first cycle to keep things simple. Make sure you have good PCT planned. Good luck.

    If you are 6' 3" 193 lbs and have a decent base for upper body the legs must be lacking a lot. Do you train legs much? You really should not consider doing any more orals or injections for a while yet. You can easily gain another 20 lbs by learning to eat and working out.

    Dont have a good diet plan in place, get on it. It's not one of those things you start your workout and diet when you start aas, to many people do this and it's a loose loose situation. You dont get the gains you want and you loose most if not all you gained after. Make the diet a lifestyle, not a fad.

    Now go do some squats...

    I would drop the Test-E to 400mg. And I wouldn't run anything else with it, see how your respond to it. Up your cals too. 6'3 is plenty of room to fill that frame out...your looking good already. Oh, and Youtube "injecting steroids" made things hella easy for me!! Good luck, buddy!
