    First time with AAS

    Hey guys,

Thinking of doing a cycle of Anavar to reduce BF% and help with muscle tone.
Never done AAS before. What mg do you recommend and for how long?

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks guys.

than cardio and diet are the only things you need, what does your diet consist of, and what kind of training are you doing?

Agreed, diet and cardio is the solution.

Why is everyone so afraid of hard work and dedication to it?

I go to the gym 4 times a week (cardio, weights and resistance training) yoga 2 times a week.
Diet consists of 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat.
    5 - 6 meals a day.
I'm not afraid of hard work I just need a bit of extra help getting the body I want.
Genetically, everyone in my family tends carry weight around the trunk.
Having read up a little on Anavar , it seems that is great for reducing fat around that area and "hardening" up.
If AAS are not for helping sculpt the body, can someone explain to me what they are for?
If I am coming across rude, I don't mean to, I really appreciate your knowledge and help.

AAS are NOT made to do anything but HELP(NOT DO IT FOR YOU) you with your goals. But just because you pop a few anavar doesnt mean your going to look good.

And anavar without test would be a dumb decision, your libido is going to drop.

You have been training for 4 years and you still haven't learned the ropes? Cmon man, you dont need AAS to achieve that, eat cleaner and work harder. Plus var by itself would be useless.

    Wouldn't this be helping?
I'm not under the impression that they will magically transform my body but with continued training they will help. That is what I am after.

Why would var alone be useless?

Anavar is a weak compound unless ran in high doses which gets really expensive really quick. And Testosterone should always be the base of EVERY SINGLE cycle. Plus anavar alone would kill your sex drive.

What you want can be done with hard work and good eating, quit being lazy.

I too am looking to take AAS, 300mg test P for 8 weeks for mt first cycle. At what point does someone say to there self "I'm now ready for AAS". You said that AAS helps with your gains, doesn't do it all for you. All were looking for is help. I've been training for 8 years on and off, and about 2 years at a good 4-5 days a week. Train for about an hour with 20-30 min of cardio after weight training since I heard it's the best cause your hg levels are high. I'm 6'3", 237lbs, body fat % 15-17. My goals are gain strength, loose the gut, and bulk some. Will an 8 week test P cycle with anavar get me these results? Thanks for the help and advice. Also if anyone has a link to a great diet plan that would be great.
