    If I wanted to decrease the dosage...

    from 100 mg of tren ace and 100 mg of test prop.. to both 75 mg eod.. to decrease the risk of side effects... would this in turn make them worse because the level would be fluctuation too mch? or should it be okay?

    You can decrease the doses, that's fine.
