    Vitamin B1, B6, B12 use?

I see a lot of inject able vitamin B1 B6 B12. What, if any, is the benefit of using this to the average steroid user? What would be an appropriate dose? Just wondering because I can get this stuff VERY cheap.

People report an overall sense of well being and increased appetite. I think that when combined with a good vitamin regiment and clean food, the difference probably is night and day compared to eating dirty and no supps.

I take B12, B6 after every meal, the main benefit is it helps use sugar/carbs for energy, it aids in partitioning aminos as well. It's metabolism support!

Overall I think it works similar to like a digestive enzyme. I've started taking B12/B6/D3 after meals, along with Zinc and Magnesium upon waking and before bed, increased my carb intake to around 450 grams a day and I have really noticed a huuuuuuge difference in gains, energy, and like cherrydrpepper mentioned a sense of "well being"

Edit: B6 aids in synthesis of the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine which would explain the sense of well being.

My question is, do these vitamins become less effective upon pro longed usage? I know it might be a silly question, but will these benefits I experience stay at a steady pace as long as I keep taking the same doses... or will my body become immune to the excessive use and their effect will eventually diminish requiring higher doses??

I see. I can get 3 ml vials of B1-100mg B6-500mg B12-1000mg for next to nothing. I'm going to get a box and start doing one with my eod Sustanon 250 injections. Sounds like it couldn't hurt.
