Hey guys, I’m planning to start my second cycle soon.
I’m running Test E, Deca and D-bol (I posted my cycle for review, everything is how it supposed to be). I will take Test on Sunday and Deca on Monday and I will be shooting in my Glutes. I’ll be taking 400mg of Deca a week, which equals 4ml.
Is it a good idea to inject 4ml at once or should I divide it to 2 shots of 2ml each?

2 shots, twice per week, more stable levels....
its not the fact that you cant do it...it just doesnt make sense to
and if youre body is not conditioned to receiving that much oil/hormone at once...it may reject it or it may stay in the area for too long.
i have a buddy that shoots 6-8ml at once...but he's been shooting for 15 years....so rotate your sites and inject more frequently with smaller doses.

You really only need 400mg/week pin 2 x's a week to keep blood levels consistent...Like Mon and Thur.. You dont need a really high dose to start off with.
I never shoot more than 3 ml at once.. Even then I only shoot it in the glutes.
4ml's can be a bit painful depending on where it is you inject...you run the risk of inoculating i the muscle ..if that happens it will disperse very slowly nd that can fester and run risks of infection...inject no more than 3 also depending on where you inject.
I used to cut gear with sterile oil to make certain compound hurt less. It was not uncommon for syringes to be loaded with 3-4ml of gear but Nowadays, it's pretty rare and am surprised if I feel soreness from any compound. Without sterile oil, my injections volumes are much less.
Anyway. For me, 4mg in the glutes or ventrogluteal site wasn't too bad at all. Quads were fine too but I don't think I ever hit a quad with 4ml of gear.
4ml is alot for the leg. (Depending on quad size)
SPread it out.

I'll shoot Test E once a week, a shot of 2 ml.
I'll divide Deca into 2 shot of 2ml each twice a week.
I'll be taking 4ml of Deca Durabolin which has a consistence of 100mg/1ml.Quote:
