    Question Newbie... suggestions on my cycle?

    Hey guys.

    Seriously..what an awesome forum.

    I'm a newbie at this and I really want to do just oral tablets, just to introduce myself to it and also get in the mental frame of mind that is needed.

    I workout 3x a week and swim as well, trying to gain weight!

    Stats:
    31 y/o
    5ft 8
    128 lbs
    BF 2.5%

    So my metabolism is and will always be on fire. Everyone in my family is the same, so I know weight gain is difficult.

    I am thinking of the following possible tablets:
    ANAPOLON 50 mg
    TURANABOL 10 mg
    ANAVAR (OXANDROLONE) 10 mg

    Now..those are the ones that I imagine would be helpful for my body type. I don't necessarily need them all but trying to mainly figure out how much and how many I would take. I.e. what type of cycle would I put together with that? Or should I delete/add other? Again..total beginner so less is more in my case.

    I can post pics once I get started. I am extremely defined, with a great set of abs, but want to gain larger chest and simply dream of putting on 10-15lbs, which would be my ideal weight.

    5'8" 128lbs can we look at a sample food day for you, gains are gonna be diet dependant so if you are not eating properly we need to adress this first
    ps maybe not so low on the camera shot next time im trying to eat lunch....lol

    LOL @ MBMETC! Will aim better on the cam next time...

    Well...

    The food intake is definitely a problem though it has gotten better. Changing the diet needs to be gradual so here we go:

    I'm a snack maniac. Lots of snacks and calories in general...snacks consisting mostly of cookies/carb stuff.

    In regards to protein intake, I take two full shakes of Syntha-6 protein shakes (20g protein per shake), one or two Clif Bars (20g protein/each) and a muscle milk light (20 g protein) each day.

    My diet generally consists of chicken breasts and lots of rice or potatoes. Again..carbs or starch..I can eat it all just can't gain the weight needed.

    I try to eat two or three eggs per day but I slack in this regard and sometimes don't eat them. I also make omelette's and have no problems with leaving the yolk in...three years ago, I had Mickey D's almost every day with ridiculous amounts of calorie intake, but even after a year, my nutritionist gave up because she kept pushing more and more calories but nothing happened (heart and blood tests also very healthy so no clogged arteries just yet).

    I hope this makes sense so far....

    I drink lots of coffee and tea as well.

    Basically my eating habits are not where they should be and my breakfast lacks substance in that regard..I usually eat a BIG dinner. I had Wendy's for lunch today.

    I did the P90x series twice over and actually LOST weight..so even though I gained definition by doing it, I lost a good 3-4 lbs which was lame! So I gave up on the cardio and my dreams of a half marathon for now, because the cardio is not helping.

    How often do you hit the weights?Not cardio!

    Are you sleeping 8 hours every night?

    And you should consume 25 grams of protein for every 2 hours you are awake at your weight period.

    When you stray from your diet your gains well stray from you.

    Ya I hit the weights 3x / week, my workout consists of mostly the basics because the machines don't do me any good.

    Pushups/situps/drop weights etc.

    25 g protein every 2 hrs..wow..I will try my best..

    I think one of the reasons I wanted to try tablets is because I am looking to find one as well that allows me to eat more, because the lack of eating enough is obviously one of my problems...

    So really, I'm just trying to see as a novice beginner what I should take..again..looking for mild form.

    The question is if I should do one, two or three or a different one from my list below and if so, how do I mix it up? The info alone on the supplements doesn't give me the decision making I need.
