    Cool Test cyp, what to do?

    Currently i'm under a docs care getting a 500 mg shot of testosterone cypinate every two weeks. I want to enhance this experience but not sure what would be a good stack. I would like to shred up a lil bit now then switch it up and go into a build cycle afterward. Then maybe go back into a shred cycle again before next spring. From what i've red on the cypinate it causes extra water retention i want to combat this side effect as well, should combat that separately then stack or can the right stack take care of that. I was thinking of doing some winstrol now then do a deca cycle then go back to the winstrol. Is my thinking correct?

    it was a year ago in June I got back into training after an 8 years. I weighed in at about 300lbs, after losing 60 lbs I was still very fatigued, depressed and a very low sex drive. I went to the doc got blood tests and was referred for testosterone treatment. I have a feeling that this was all do to improperly taking some roids in the past then getting lazy and the reason I stopped training was related to a car accident. So now I'm all in I get up 5am every morning and hit the gym. I start with 1/2 hour cardio, burn about 500 cal then train. I've done this 6 days a week for over a year now. The cyp shots have help out greatly so far I'm on about my 10th shot, I feel great and have gotten very strong. I now weigh in at about 235- 240 and feel I'm ready to take it to the next level.I'm 37 yrs old and 5'11" tall. thanks

    and also guys I started with 250 shots and worked up the 500 shots. I did have fib a lil to get this far.

    ok yiour thinking is not correct my friend..ok youre feeling better and getting into the gym...500mgs of test should be kicking in full swing soon if not already...now main thing is getting your nutrition dialed in...figuring what your goal is ...then you can plan a cycle...jumping for win to deca then back to winn will do not much of anything..go to the diet section and post diet and we can take look at it.

    If I read it correctly you said 500 cyp every 2 weeks so 250 a week= normal TRT dosage?

    Higher than what I've seen before. OP, I see you're shooting Cyp every 2 weeks?? I'd consider shooting E3.5days of Eweek.

    yah shoot e3.5 days like monday morning thursday evening
    and shot 250mg so you will have 500mg/week

    the problem with changing the cyp dosage is it's all administered at the docs office every two weeks. I'm not doing them myself yet.

    It is actually possible, if you were just talking about the work done in calories then to burn 500 cals in a half hour you would have to output approx 1160 watts which is about 2.5 times what a world class athlete can do. However no engine our bodies included is 100% fuel efficient so by outputting 200-250 watts for half an hour you can easily burn 500 cals, however thats a pretty serious cardio workout.

    PS I used to road race bicycles and top cyclists often eat 5000-7000 cals per day during a stage race to maintain 150-170lb bodywieghts, this demand is the result of outputting 250-300 watts average over 6-8 hrs.

    unless the elliptical is lying I do an easy 500 cal sometimes more in half hour
    usually I do the random course on level 20-22 enter in my weight and go. I'm only stating what the machine is tellin me.
