I would like to take 10 mg of nolva during my cycle but the nolva i have is 20mg gel caps. Wondering if i should break them open split it up and drink it back with water or just take a 20mg dose instead of the 10.

instead of nolva run hcg 500-600iu/week split in to two
and anastrazole tablets (arimidex ) 0.25mg/eod
