I have been looking through posts for months now, as I have just started my first cylce. I am 6-0 190lbs and been working out for about 2 years. I consume about 200 grams of protien a day, mostly meals, but some shakes, and bars. I am running deca at 250 mg for 10 weeks and dbol at 20 mg for the back 7 weeks of the 10 week cycle. Many sites say test is a necessity if so, I am already 2 weeks in my cycle should i get it now? And if I should how much of it should I take.
