    shots time??

    il shot the sustanon 500 day after day but il take 300mg deca dont know whats the best way to shot

    il do
    sat 150mg sustanon
    sun 150mg deca
    mon 200mg sustanon
    wed 150mg sustanon
    thursday 150mg deca


    is that good?

    why not combine the deca/sust at least 1 or two times a week, ie. monday/thursday. some people claim the sust hurts, so drawing with the deca will prevent some discomfort. since u are shooting it 3 times a week i would definitely modify your schedule to combine them at least once, maybe twice.

    i know the sustanon hurts if i combine it with deca it will not hurt???????

    Mix 'em in the same syringe and shoot it twice a wk. Mon(250mg of sust, 150mg of deca). Same on Thurs.

    It'll dilute the sust, so it will probaly not hurt as bad. May still sting a little.

    Just split your sust into M/W/F shots and add the deca to M/F...easiest.

    thats not entirely true bro...i have never felt any pain from injecting a sust only shot...and ive used sust on 3 cycles....total shots of sust would be in the range of 90-100 cc's..granted not everyone was just sust in the syrnge..but i still have never felt any pain....Madmax..

    Monday/Wednesday/Friday is a good way of taking it. Personally I think you are breaking it up too much (the sustanon). Just shoot it two or three times a week, but not so low (you end up wasting .1cc to .2cc from the needle/syringe itself.
