first cycle, advice appreciated
im 28 been working out for a couple of years.
decided to give it a try would appreciate any input.
taking 100mg test prop every other day. and 300mg of deca dura once a week.
planned on doing around a month cycle. so my first question is do you think this is an ok start and second how long and how much of what should i take for pct.

welcome...im not against 2 compounds on first cycle..however that one is not good at all..you may want to do some more research BEFORE you start anything...you want to do deca which is a long ester and then you want to do Prop(test0 which is a short ester...you need more frequent injects for the prop..why not 2 long actin such as test E and deca...by the way 1 month will do NOTHING..again..hang out and learn a bit...trust me you will be glad you did..

k, i already have these two on hand, and i should not do a long and short together. since its my first what if i just run the test prop 100mg/eod for 6 to 8 weeks, and then if i decide to do another cycle in the future use the deca with a long ester test? im not trying to get huge right away and i thought by keeping it short i could see decent gains with nominal sides, and see how my body reacts to it. thanks for the advice.

a month cycle??? 4weeks is too short, and u should give more information about yourself first!!

Test prop requires frequent injections which can be painful. I agree on just running test on your first cycle but entanate would be a better choice. Your gains are gonna be diet dependent, post a sample diet so we can see if you will fully benefit from your cycle, also post complete stats:
Age
Weight
Height
Bf
Yrs training
Cycle exp
Planned pct
Goal from those cycle
Please answer all questions so you can get the best advice

pct of clomid 100/50/50/50
a couple eggs in the morning,some type of meat and veges for lunch and protein shake, some tuna or canned ham in the afternoon, usually a big dinner meat and veges again and another protein shake before bed. try to get around 150g protein a day.
so i found a thread that seemed pretty informative http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...rop+deca+cycle. and it seems i at my experience and weight all i need is the test, wait further down the road to start putting multiple things together. should the pct of clomid 100/50/50/50 be sufficient for 6 to 8 weeks of 100mg eod?

i personaly like the nolva/clomid pct protocol but you shouls be fine with just clomid for this particular cycle you are proposing...you should see good gains at 400mgs every 8 days as long as you work out that diet a bit more...you should at least aim for 1gram of protien for everypound that you weigh....the folks in the diet forum are always willing to help peeps that are willing to help themselves and to listen and use the advise given...

your stats are the same as mine when i started my cycle, well im 5'9" but either way i wish you were more specific an your diet
(visit the diet section and you'll see what i mean) i hope you know what your getting into with choosing prop, again the injections can be painful i would go with test e or c but your cycle, your choice. keep it at test only, get your diet spot on and you should see nice gains.
come back with a better pct plan, clomid alone is not a strong enough pct. read pct stickies
have an ai (aromitose inhibitor ) to control ERSE
also hcg at 250iu 2x p/w
