what makes test-e the best first cycle ?

who has ever ran a test-enanthate cycle of 500mg e,w and had nasty sides ?
as from what i can see and hear its one of the safest cycles to run.

I prefer test cyp, and yes for a first cycle test only would be ya safest bet.

Although everyone is diff and u could cop the nasty sides, acne, gyno. Without the education its like been thrown out at sea , and not knowing how to get back to shore.

do most advise people to run an AI during their first cycle, say arimidex @ 0.25mg eod ?

It is always recommended to have AI on hand so that in the event you need it...its there with no waiting. Personally, IMO I say not to use until you need. Some people are not prone to gyno. (Myself for one). Test E or C can be a good choice for a first cycle due to the ease of injections. By this I mean once per week is fine. However make sure to educate yourself on the products before using as Boz indicated to be prepared if you see signs.
