I'm 36 been overweight most of my life due to my own laziness and lack of effort or discipline. I have been making an honest attempt in the gym the past year and have made decent strides but having issues gaining lean muscle. The past 4 weeks i've been running about 400 mgs of trembolone and 400 mgs of test. i have seen some decent results but also figured out my diet wasn't what it should have been. at the advice of a buddy i just picked up some eq and am planning to run 500mgs/week with 500mgs/week of test this is my first cycle. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions. I am 5'11 245lbs. at aprx 21% body fat. my goal like many others is to lose as much body fat as possible while gaining good muscle tone and definition. I have no issues dedicating 5-6 days in the gym and belong to a 24 hour gym so finding the time isn't an issue. I plan to run the rest of this cycle for another 10 weeks then off for 3 months and then see where i am at and possibly run a second in the spring to really get ready for the summer.
