Exclamation New female user with questions about starting clen

After lurking for months, I finally decided to join and am looking to start clen within the next 2 weeks. I've spent a great deal of time researching prior to posting this thread, so I hope I don't ask any dumb questions that make anyone mad.

First of all, here are my stats:

    Height? 5'9"

    Weight? 230

    Age? 22

    Bodyfat? 30%

Goals? reduce body fat to 22-24% and lose at least 30 lbs

Training exp? Cardio routine? I do a moderate amount of intense cardio, including teaching kickboxing and spinning class 3 times a week in addition to 2-3 days of light/moderate strength training.

Diet? Admittedly not the best and probably where most of my weight loss issue lies... I have a sweet tooth and have been known to get my protein from a cheeseburger rather than tuna . When possible, I try my best to eat clean and stick to high protein (approx 150g), moderate carbs (100-110) and low fat (<55) a day. I try to eat several times a day, but my schedule sometimes makes that a little difficult.

As for clen, I would like to try it to drop some of this fat. I read the thread by perfectbeast2001 as well as the Clenbuterol handbook, but I still have a couple of questions that I was hoping to get answered:

1: I know I shouldn't use other stimulants while on clen, but what about alcohol?

2: When I stop using clen (I plan on doing 4 week cycles), will I gain any of the weight back (Granted I improve my eating habits and stay active)?

    3. I know this is probably an individual thing, but at what rate should I expect to lose weight/fat?

    4. I've read that many people stack clen with t3, but I've also read that t3 is extremely dangerous if you don't know what you're doing with it. As a person who's never dabbled in any kind of chemical performance enhancers, should I even try stacking the two? If so, how much t3 should I take in addition to clen? As a woman, will the t3 give me any sort of masculine side effects?

I also came across this post in one of the clen threads and it seems to be a pretty good, comprehensive guideline for women. Would it be wise to follow this outline?

Thank you so much for any advice you're willing to offer. I'm so excited to become a part of this community!

    Welcome!
Glad you are here! Hold tight and you will get some help...I do not have any experience with Clen ...and have never split up my t-3 from my t-4 but have given it serious thought so will be curious as to what advice you get. I do know that at age 22 many here will more than likely advise you to really concentrate on 2 things first: diet and cardio. This is the mantra around here and there are many members here who will help you personally attack these issues especially if you go over the diet or workout forums and start a thread there coming forth with what you do and then getting the expert help to fix it specifically for your needs...meantime...stay around and keep learning...this is a great place!

With a poor diet clen won't help you lose weight.

Clen already puts a strain on your heart. Adding alcohol and opening up your capilaries would not be a good idea. If anything more than a glass of red wine a day I'd say no

2: When I stop using clen (I plan on doing 4 week cycles), will I gain any of the weight back (Granted I improve my eating habits and stay active)?
clen is used by most of us in a 2 week on and 1 week off, some prefer to run 3 on 1 off, But like i said you're diet/cardio have to be on point before thinking about clen
    3. I know this is probably an individual thing, but at what rate should I expect to lose weight/fat?
Clen will increase your metabolism by a small percentage for an example lets use 10% If you're burning 2400 calories a day that means clen will you will burn 2640 on clen. Ok now if you were to increase your cardio and lower your caloric intake to 2100 calories a day you'd be at more of a deficit than with clen. Diet and cardio are the first tools in fat loss, clen and t3 are just enhancements

    4. I've read that many people stack clen with t3, but I've also read that t3 is extremely dangerous if you don't know what you're doing with it. As a person who's never dabbled in any kind of chemical performance enhancers, should I even try stacking the two? If so, how much t3 should I take in addition to clen? As a woman, will the t3 give me any sort of masculine side effects?
t3 isn't going to cause any masculine side effects. T3 will help with weightloss but T3 burns wieght indescriminatley meaning it will burn muscle as well as fat. Where you are right now i don't think you want to loose what lean body mass you have
I also came across this post in one of the clen threads and it seems to be a pretty good, comprehensive guideline for women. Would it be wise to follow this outline?

Welcome to the forum! I am new too and have gotten help from the good folks on this site. You will get a lot of advise on your diet and exercise routine. It is important cuz you can't fix everything with a pill or pin.

Thank you to all of you for your advice so far; I'm headed over to the diet section right now. To scotty, I do all of my workouts late in the day... no earlier than 5... is that bad? I go to school full time and also work full time, so that makes it kind of hard, but if need be, I will schedule next semesters classes so that I can work out at the times that would make my cardio most effective.

I'm excited to hear what advice they have for me in the diet section. About 6 months ago, I lost around 20 lbs with the help of a nutritionist but the diet was just too strict for me to follow for any extended period of time, hence why I regained all of the weight so quickly. Hopefully I'll get some more advice that I'll be more successful with.

Clen is good for helping prevent muscle lose while dieting but I've not seen any increased weight loss while using it. Not worth the side effects in my opinion.

Cardio would be best done when you first wake up before you even have breakfast. This has been proven to raise your metabolism for the whole day. I'll see you in the diet section
