So you're overly concerned that your gear is over dosed and your'e gaining too much?

Usually it's the other way around.

    How old are you, btw?

3 years of sleep in one night?? I want some of that!!!
On a serious note I know what your trying to say.
Try some ZMA and/or Melatonin 3mg before bedtime.

if you feel anxiety while trying to get to sleep, i would suggest sleep aids such as melatonin or cough syrup. if your thoughts are racing and you cant quiet your head, you might need to get rid of these thoughts.... think of a perfectly clear blue sky and nothing else. if you can, very slowly add in details like clouds and grass and plants n such, but remember: the more details you imagine the harder your brain works. this sort of thing is similar to exclusive meditation; meditation is extremely effective at combating anxiety... hopefully this helps.
