    Anavar only stack

    Hi Guys,
    Ive been training for 20 odd years and have decided to use a little gear again (anavar) the last time i used some was 10 years ago. The reason being just to harden up a little.

    Ive brought 300 x 20mg tabs and im wondering what the best way to cycle them would be.

    my plan is the following each day for a week

    40mg
    60mg
    80mg
    100mg
    100mg
    100mg
    80mg
    60mg
    40mg
    20mg
    10mg

    Does anyone have any input on the above? is 100mg too high?


    how long does it take before they kick in ..2 weeks?

    stats 255lbs, 6.0ft tall in good shape

    Can you tell us your bf please and what have you used before, also how long have you been back in the guym for?

    takes about 2 weeks to kick in, no need to taper dosage u've got a fairly good amount you could run 100mg a day for 6-8weeks as anavar is fairly mild on your liver and mild on side effects. people report great results with this dosage but i would definetly run some test in there even at a maintenance dose of 250mg per week

    Anavar is water soluble and enters the blood stream in a matter of hours and is effective in the body. It also comes out of the body really quickly so you can do PCT just a few days after your last dosage. I agree that you should run Test Prop to maintain your endogenous level of natural test. 200mg/wk to 250mg/wk should be enough. I've also had friend run Anavar only for 6 weeks. It is mild on your liver but it still affects them so you should get some milk thistle. There seems to me a point of diminishing return at 100mg/day. If you have 300 x 20mg pills then you have 6000mg of Anavar. You take 100mg/ed x 60 days. That's about 8 weeks, the recommended max for an Anavar cycle. Have fun. Anavar/Test cycle is awesome. I lost fat and got pretty tight. No water retention at all.

    I got some pretty good gains from 30 mg a day i think a hundred might be a bit high, all and all i will probably do about 60 mg the next time, kicks in in about two weeks, but i noticed a strong pump in about three days. Also did loose a bit of fat from it, lot of sweating when i was on. Test is a good idea as well.

    you must of had pharmacy grade/human grade anavar because 30mg of the anavar for most people take wont do shit. maybe for a girl it would yield some gains lol.

    I've been up to a 100mg before on a couple of different cycles. Not sure why you feel the need to taper off? Trying to stretch it out due to limited supply?

    Thanks for the replys, i didnt realise you didnt need to taper off? i guess i was thinking when i used to used Dianabol years ago.

    Ive used all the usall suspects in the past but to be honest i dont really want to get back into the pumps and pins thing again. So ill probley just stick with the Anavar tabs.
    My main thing is ive trained in MMA for the past 10-15 years so size is not important im really looking for something to aid recovery and maybe drop a little weight.

    The other problems i had with test was it made me quite angry LOL.

    Does anyone else have any opinions on running 100mg for 8 weeks?

    Im at a guess probley 15-20% BF, ive been training over 20 years non stop, i just fancy or need a boost.

    I've read lots of good things about 100mg anavar for 6-8weeks mate, i'm actually going to be running it myself in 3 weeks with test-e and EQ. If you're 15-20% bodyfat then make sure you sort out a good solid diet for the cycle so you can get the most out of it. Diet + 100mg anavar = kick ass strength and nice drop in fat. Exactly what you are looking for.

    I would check your diet to get that bf down a bit first, like under 15. I stacked var/tbol this past april and loved it! I ran 80mg of var with 60mg of tbol for 8 weeks. This was a great cycle for me. If I were to run it again I would only go 60 for 6 weeks. Personally speaking, this is perfect for me.

    40-60mg per day works well for most men. Some guys venture higher but Ive made fine gains in this range numerous times
    with numerous athletes.

    i never even thought about combining t-bol and var together ! i might try that, what were your results like? how much did you gain? how much fat loss? strength? thanks mate

    I didn't gain much weight but did gain about 4-5 lbs over an 8 week period. My goal was to get harder and leaner so I did a lot of cardio in the form of HIIT. Punching, kicking, grappling, stuff like that. I gained weight but my over all bf went down almost 5%. I had a caliper test done before/after so it's not the most accurate but the relative BF was what I was interested in. I really like Anavar + Test cycle.

    Did you have issues training MMA while on Var? I've heard intense muscle pumps and loss of card?

    I had 0 losses with mma training and var.
