Timing Isotretinoin (Accutane) with Gear

Ok so it's almost 4 months since my last cycle (12-weeks 500 mg of test enanthate with proper PCT) and I still have some residual back acne). I'm ready for my next cycle of 400 mg of test enanth only but would like to use Isotretinoin (40 mg ED) with my cycle. When is the best time to start the Isotretinoin? Thanks!

If the acne is bothering you now then I would start it now. 20mg's/day until it clears up and then lower the dosage as much as you can without the acne returning to maintain.....

After 2 small dose courses of accutane..... i rarely get acne - even on cycle now. The only time it flares up is when i add a compound or raise/lower a dosage.

No its been three months since your last cycle. You need to leave it another month or get you blood works done...
