Yes. It increases your cholesterol. However, this is only because it shuts down your natural test production. Your body normally uses saturated fat and dietary cholesterol to synthesize test, so when you shut down your HPTA, your cholesterol levels will increase. But this isn't nearly as bad as what, say, Anavar will do to your lipids and can be balanced out with a healthier diet, exercise, and supplementation (which is what guys on TRT hopefully do).

this is a very interesting comment... if our bodies use saturated fat/cholesterol to synthesize test, would this mean when off cycle a diet which consists of plenty of red meat(cholesterol/sat.fats) would help increase natural test levels?

with blast and cruise cycles, would OTC supps be enough to regulate lipids during cruise?

Yes, a diet too low in saturated fats and cholesterol will lower natural test levels.
And I have no idea about the other question. That would depend on who you are (genetics) and what you take, how much cardio you do, etc.

Diet and proper PCT will make things better. At least it did for me. 2 cycles under my belt and last blood work doc said my choleserol both good and bad were perfect.
