a healthy diet with a balance of complex carbs, protien and fats with a strong cardio program will do just that.

    Training for only 2 months!

Don't be lazy man, put in the time, and you'll get the results you want.

    BB doesn't happen over night.

Best thing to do is do a nice clean cut for the 2 stone you want to lose so you have a good base to start from. Then start following a routine for strength or mass, depending which you want to do. There are plenty of routines out there to try until you find something that is right for you and build your own routines.

Head over to the nutrition/diet section and have a look about there, its important to eat the right things when your losing weight because you want to keep as much strength as possible, if your eating wrong you will either keep the wait or lose to much strength and become fatigued quicker.

Take your edge now at 22.. with ALL of your TONS of HORMONES and work out and do a lot of cardio to lose that weight. Try to do cardio at least 4 times a week for 20-30 minutes minimum and better yet 45 minutes if you can. Cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. This will rev up your metabolism for the rest of the day and take those 2 stones off!

Hey 1188...how about this idea: go to this thread and announce you want to enter this competition. The first ever coming up in January for 12 weeks. If you are 100% committed and ready to go, your body will change over the course of your specific program. You will be personally assigned a personal trainer who will work with your privately thru PM's and then at the end of the competition your before and after photo will determine the outcome. Think about it. This could be exactly what you need to get the weight off and get the strength you are after...what 'cha think? this contest was just announced yesterday so the timing might be PERFECT!
