this question is very wide open it all depends on your skin type, oily, dry, sensitive, etc.... it can take some trial and error to see which wash will work best. personally i just use a bar of dove soap, it has a lot of moisturizers in it and since my skin dries a lot i use aveeno moisturizer afterwards, also dont forget about medicine like benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid... any medicated fash wash will have one of those two but they each have drawbacks... salicylic acid tends to burn my skin and benzoyl peroxide tends to dry my skin and 10% BP will dry AND burn my skin

best thing to keep breakouts away is to wash/rinse right after any workout, basically right after you sweat and get dirty... but remember you can damage your skin washing more than twice a day so be careful

If you have health insurance see a doctor and ask for a medication erythromiacyn or something like that is topical and works very well IMHO

It depends on your skin type..... some people need really dry skin..... some guys break out more if their skin dries out too much. My skin needs to be as dry as possible..... If I moisturize it.... I break out. This is what I do:

I wash with an anti-bacterial soap and then I use a 10% benzoyl alcohol wash. After I dry off I apply a 10% Benzoyl alcohol cream. 1st thing in the morning..... I apply the cream again. Other than using accutane..... this is the only thing that works for me personally.....

I have used Salicylic Acid for the last month or so. It cannot keep my acne at bay. Even if I use it every day. It seems to remove some and shrink the issue, but it doesn't make it go away completely. I'll have to try another chemical. Maybe dawn dish soap or one of the other recommendations on here.

I buy the Axe knock off called Blade. Comes in an anti-acne form. Very litle breakout at all. Using this and tanning everyday for 10 minutes has been a big help.
