Alright lads im 20 years old weighing 12 stone 4 pounds, i have been taking gear for few months now,
I was on sus 250 and deca 300(just started tess 400 and deca 300) im eating right ( keeping away from faty foods and choclate) regular snacks and main meals also taking in my protein and carbs, i train each muscle group once a week and fitness on weekends, im having one problem.... i loose muscle much to quick for example ill train my pecks on monday then tuesday thel be looking good for a couple days but by time i train them again a week later instead of gaining ive lost muscle, i dont seem to keep muscle ? also ive come of a cycle for 3 weeks and practicly lost alot of what ive gained,
