    been wanting to pin my

bicep for a while but im a little weary about it, i just kinda dont know where in the bicep to pin, upper, lower, or right down the middle? I'm not pinnin bi's because of that site injection crap, im sure that doesnt work, because if it did i would have huge a huge pair of shoulders and a huge ass, it just makes it more comfortable for me to hold the syringe and all. so any advice on that would be great thanks.

I jabbed both my bi's a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I just went straight in the middle using a 1.25 inch blue, but only went in about 2/3 of the way. Pretty painless but had a muscle spasm whilst pushing the pin in, no other problems though. Good luck. BTW if you are using prop then expect some pip and stiffness for a few days. I always find that warming the oil first helps a lot.

One of the worst spots to pin. Full of nerves (so it hurts like hell) with poor bloodflow, which makes the area more prone to infection (which could cost you your arm). Don't bother.

If spot injections really dont have much why bother pinning in areas outside of glutes, delts or quads? (not challenging, inquisitive to the motives. )

So as not to overuse particular sites, therefore reducing scar tissue build up. I still don't think i'll be doing my bi's again though. Plenty of other places to go.

Dont pin down the middle of the bicep, its splits down the middle. You need to inject from the side

this is kind of why i was asking, because i saw that diagram and had seen that the two heads split down the middle, so yeah i think im just gonna stick to my usual spots

I usually pin towards the inside of the bicep, not on center. Use a 1" pin and you will be fine. I will warn you, you will bruise pretty bad(atleast i do) which makes people ask alot of questions!!
