just had my first test-e injection (250mg) doing split dose mon/thurs. feeling nervous now for sides etc, and im also running d-bol but im starting only at 20mg e.d and going to go up to 40mg in a week or so. also running arimidex @1mg every 3 days to help prevent gyno, bloat etc.
diet so far today
wake 10:30 - 6 eggs 3 whole, 3 just whites, 2 slices wholegrain bread ( might change bread to oats in future ) and apple.
12:30 - skinless whole chicken leg with cup full of borwn wholewheat rice.
2:30 - 40g protein powder ( slow release/fast release ) with 2 cups porrage oats and banana.
i have heard 100g peanut butter on bread is a good pre workout meal anyone disagree ? also will be taking my 20mg d-bol with this.
