    Arrow just started cycle and nervs are coming!!

    just had my first test-e injection (250mg) doing split dose mon/thurs. feeling nervous now for sides etc, and im also running d-bol but im starting only at 20mg e.d and going to go up to 40mg in a week or so. also running arimidex @1mg every 3 days to help prevent gyno, bloat etc.
    diet so far today
    wake 10:30 - 6 eggs 3 whole, 3 just whites, 2 slices wholegrain bread ( might change bread to oats in future ) and apple.
    12:30 - skinless whole chicken leg with cup full of borwn wholewheat rice.
    2:30 - 40g protein powder ( slow release/fast release ) with 2 cups porrage oats and banana.
    i have heard 100g peanut butter on bread is a good pre workout meal anyone disagree ? also will be taking my 20mg d-bol with this.
    Train at 5:30

    Doesn't sound like you're eating that much...go post in the diet forum.

    Spread the adex out over the week. .25mg/EOD.

    x2 your diet is terrible also bump the dbol to 30 and stay at that level for a 1st time run.

    no thats not all i eat throught the day im having 6 meals and plenty of protien with only 2 shakes.
    this is the BD arimidex and it comes in 1mg tabs but dont know if it breaks into smaller sections as im getting it tonight off a freind so if not, running 1mg every 3 days okay yea?

    .whole tin of tuna
    .jacket or sweet potatoe
    .100g cottage cheese
    .apple


    Meal 3

    .whole chicken breast or leg (skinless)
    .cup brown rice
    .Banana


    Meal 4
    (Pre workout)
    5:00
    .100g peanut butter
    .2 slices wholegrain bread


    Meal 5
    (post workout)
    7:00
    . 2 scoops USN pure protein (50g fast&slow release) mixed with water
    . Banana


    Meal 6
    8:00
    .either - beef/chicken/turkey/fish
    . New potatoes
    . Broccoli


    Meal 7
    10:00 (bedtime)
    .1 scoop USN pure protein (25g) mixed with water
    . 50g cottage cheese


    this is my daily diet

    Of course you can cut it in half. Why couldn't you?

    Definitely cut the adex down to 0.25mg EOD and gauge it as you go. If you feel like you are suffering from estro sides bump it up to .5mg EOD and take it from there.

    I just started week for of my test e 500mg a week and ive been running adex .25mg eod and happy to say no signs of sides as of yet. But your pill four way and dose it at .25mg eod.

    ok cheers guys diet looks pretty good too yea
    my biggest fear is coming off and having libido problems, but saying that is it easaly reversable ?

    I ran Test enanthate for 10wks as my first cycle (500mg per week).
    I never suffered from any libido problems. Infact I got my wife pregnant after my cycle.

    I ran a very mild PCT as well. Never dosing above 50mg of clomid per day (for 3 weeks) and dosing Nolva at 20mg per day mostly (for four weeks).
    I ran a little bit of Nolva during my cycle when I got small signs of gyno (itchy nips) but switched onto adex for remainder of cycle. Happy days.

    Not to say it happens this way for everybody... as it doesn't. And I wouldn't recommend copying me either (in terms of PCT), I done it my own way as I felt that was best for me.

    just trained back & biceps
    dont know if its in my head but deffo felt like i had a good pump from the d-bol.
    so far so good feeling glad about starting as i know its not long for the d-bol to kick in and start seeing gains.
