    Question First true cycle

    Hey guys, I'm over a month in my first real cycle. I did a light cycle of Dbol and Winstrol in the Spring with some results. It's 300mg of EQ and Test. I've been taking 300mg each about every 4 days. I'm 27, and weigh about 175lbs. I've gained maybe 5 pounds, but haven't gained any weight in the last week or so. Maybe I'm not eating enough, so I'm upping my calorie intake to 4,000. I was just wondering if I'm doing enough in terms of the juice. I definitely notice the strength gains, but the weight gain has been slow. Thanks.

    You definitely need to head to the diet section and put down your diet cause I think your not even consuming half of that 4000 cl.
    What you got as back up for anti-e and pct?

    You should start feeling it really soon youve only been on for a month. Im guessing its a long estered test so you have nothing to worry about. Truthfully it doesnt seem like your ready to cycle with your lack of knowledge (no offence). Just up your calories and eat clean with high protein intake and you should see some good results.

    I've done research, but I'm no expert. It says Pro-test on the bottle, its a combination of 3 different types. Actually I'm in my 6th/7th week. And I have a calorie tracker program on my phone, been trying to eat as much as I can, but only seem to get 3,000-3,500 calories even with taking a weight gainer. I'm not worried about eating clean. Should have no problem getting over 4,000 the next few days with all the food and all. Only side effects I've gotten is acne, and ball shrinkage which is expected.

    Sounds to me, like you are not ready or prepared to run AAS.... you aren't sure how long you've been on cycle.... you seem to be somewhat confused as to what Test you're taking.... you did a cycle of Dbol and Winstrol, not sure who gave you that idea. Honestly, it sounds like you need to do a lot more research before you take the plunge into the world of AAS.

    Also, how tall are you?

    How old are you?

    How long have you been training for?

    Please give us a general idea of what you eat in a day.

    Not confused, the test is 100 mg each of testosterone cypionate, enanthate & propionate. I've been training for over 2 1/2 years. That first cycle of Dbol and Winstrol my friend gave to me as a freebie. I knew it was going to be a weak cycle, just trying it out then. That's when I started to research AAS. Obviously I'm not going to know everything. I typically take a weight gainer morning and at night, and then during the day I'd have a sandwich with whole wheat bread, chicken, brown rice, protein bars/shake, you know typical mass building foods and occasional fast food etc.
