Botched injection...

I was shooting my 6 shot of omna 250 today, right outer quad. I cleaned the site with alcohol really well. Started to inject and felt a spasm about .5" in (hit a nerve most likely) so I pulled out, cleaned the area with alcohol and injected about an inch down. About .25 ml in, oil was seeping out between the pin and syringe (it was not screwed on properly) so I stopped and the syringe basically popped off the needle with the needle still in my quad. I pulled it out, cleaned the area and pinned .75 ml in my left quad (with proper protocol & without any problems). Im a little worried that I didnt switch needles after hitting a nerve so I was just wondering what to keep an eye on for a possible infection.

You're probably fine. The only risk is if you didn't swab each pin site with the alcohol.

Not much to worry about bro, just try to be more careful in your injection prep.

Signs of infection would be the area being hot and redness.
