TEST-E 250mg / week - Can i inject it just once per week?

I'm asking this because i can only get hold of Test-E contained in 1ml Glass ampoule, at 250mg/1ml.. so i have no idea how could i split it's content to 2times / week
This would make my first cycle, test-e only at 250mg/wk for 10weeks

Actually the basic novice cycle is 12wks of 500mgs of Test E (divided into 2 shots of 250mgs).
What are your stats & PCT plans?

I'm 25 years old, 5'10" currently 160lbs (i'm after a cut,used to be 175lbs). At my weight i'm positive 250mg/week would be enough, and i also want to keep side effects minimal especially acne. I will follow Swiftos PCT including HCG so no problems there.

IMO, at ur weight I'm positive u can gain much more naturally. Also, 100mg of test a week will shut u down, why would u only use 250mg a week. To me if ur gonna shut ur natural test production down, wouldn't u wanna up the dose and make it worth ur while. Of course this is my own opinion.

Pick up some 10 ml steril vial from ar-r the board sponsor and transfer your gear and dose .6 ml 2xpw making 300mg pw

250mg/wk is a fine dose! don't listen to the "500mg/wk is a must!!" you want to find the minimal dose you can gain strength/size on and once you plateau, next cycle up your dose a little bit and go from there! as for pinning, pin 2x week (every 3.5 days) ex: Monday morning and Thursday afternoon. Once you crack the amp open extract .5mL in syringe, pin with one and store the other until your next shot.
