    Lifting Schedule change while on cycle?

    Hey guys, I am starting out with some Prohormones rather than the really hard stuff. I want to see how I like them an maybe ease into the real. Here is what I am doing now. I am taking these two compounds in one pill about 3 pills a day spaced over 3 hours apart. I will keep this up for about for weeks.

    13-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-2,5(10)-diene-17-one
    25mg

    2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol
    10mg

    Then I will switch to the compound mixture below for 2 day for 4 weeks then start my post cycle, which is nolvadex and a testbooster. (If I should not take the second compound right after the first is over or you have any suggestions let me know!)

    2a-17a-dimethyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androstan-3-one
    10mg

    4-chloro-17-a-methyl-andro-4-ene-3, 17bdiol
    25mg

    My real question is can I start lifting more often while on cycle? My split now is usually Monday, Wed, Fri, Sun, then to Tues, Thurs, Sat. Doing back and bis on one day then say if that was Monday switching to Chest, Delts, and tris on wed and repeat for the rest of the week, but while I am on this cycle can I start training mon-sat keep switching off like I am and take Sundays off to make better gains, any help appreciated.

    You can do, but be careful not to over train, over training will just slow your gains. For a more accurate answer you would need to post up your routine. But it really comes down to opinions and the individual person.

    Its better to switch your routine every few months, so give it a try?

    Not sure about those pills you're about to take, but i can respond to your workout routine.
    Rest and diet is VERY important while training. Whether you're on or not. You don't grow in the gym. We tear down muscles, then we have to rest to let them recover, Without the recovery we're just spinning our wheels...That being said, i like your first workout suggestion but it needs some help.. If you workout 6 days a week you will be too tired to make any real gains imo.
    Why not go to workout section and post there? Check out the threads cause i know they will help you. But really, everyone's different. You have to find out what works best for you. It's trial and error. But that's the great thing about it, fitness works your brain as much as it does your body.

    Yea sure, thanks. My routine right now is as follows:

    Pecs: Flat Bench till max, Dumbbell press 3 sets 1 drop set 8-10 reps, same for incline, then decline dumbbell.
    Delts: military press 3 sets 8-10 reps, Flys 8-10 reps, Idk what its called but I lift a plate up infront of my body with arms full extended for 8-10 reps 3 sets.
    Tris: Skull crushers, over head tricep workout, dips, and some others depending on time frame all 8-10 reps for 3 sets.

    Biceps: Seated concentration curls, Seated hammer curls both 10 reps or failure 3 sets one dropset, ez-bar close grip curls 8-10 reps 3 sets, preacher curls with dumbbell 8-10 reps 3 sets and a drop. Sometimes I do incline curl just depends.
    Back: Lat pull down machine 8-10 reps 3 sets, Dead lift 8-10 reps 3 sets, leaning over rows, Row machine both 3 sets 8-10 reps and same on lower back machine.

    Legs I throw in on back and bis once a week or so and do just the basic leg workouts, squats, rear leg machine, quad machine, and the calf machine which is just like the toe raises thing.

    Its called front plate raise lol

    And flys are for your pecs, Your not training pecs when you train shoulders are you?

    Can you structure your routine out like so, Here is mine as an example:

    Mon: Back, Bis
    Tues: Chest, Tris
    Weds: Rest
    Thurs: Legs, Bis
    Fri: Shoulders, Tris
    Sat:Rest
    Sunday: Swimming, Cardio

    Yea I train shoulders when I do pecs, because when I do incline im working the shoulders anyway.

    Hey is once a week enough for chest, I usually do it atleast 3 times a week, along with shoulders, but I trust you and am going to try this schedule starting tomorrow.

    Once a week is enough for chest, its a big muscle group.

    It depends how far you incline the bench, you use a lot of muscles while doing bench press, its just making sure your using the correct form and squeezing through your pecs on the way up.

    Hold on.
    There is nothing mild about those ORAL STEROIDS you're about to take.
    Just because they're legal does not mean that they aren't at least as harmful as a traditional AAS cycle.
    Can we get some stats, please?

    Trust me , your taking epithio aka epistane. 4 weeks into PCT my test levels were like 3.9 and 5.8, when the levels should of been around 14 or something. Dont treat this lightly trust me.

    Thanks for the info, thats why I planned to buy a good test booster like Bioforge to go with my nolvadex for PCT.

    And Bonaparte what kind of stats do you want? And its not what I am about to take its what I have been on for the last four days. I am getting around 3000mg of milk thistle a day while on my cycle as well and will continue off.

    I guess body stats such as weight, height, age and that sorta stuff but not sure. I have done my research and am taking it very seriously mild was not a good word to use

    You've been talking to fools. You're nowhere near old enough to be messing with your hormones.
    And the fact that you only weigh 165lbs and can't even maintain 175lbs shows that you don't know how to eat properly. If you were to use all these OTC AAS, you would just blow up by 20 or 30lbs (most of it wouldn't be muscle), risk screwing up your endocrine system, then lose it all in a few weeks anyway.

    I was eating 4 meals a day and having a protein shake for the 5th when I was on the stack and when I got off. I was eating about 60 or more grams in chicken per day at least, and had 2 tilapia fillets for the last meal which were 20 grams a piece. Then to go along with those I would usually have a baked potato and some brown rice. Now im eating 3 meals like that and have a protein shake for 2 of them at 50 grams per shake. So am I eating wrong or not??

    As for the AAS, I started taking them last weekend I wish I would have posted this thread before I got them, I even waited for some other to get back with me and they said "oh you will be fine, you old enough if you smart about it." So I started taking them. What should I do for that? I have ar-r liquid tamoxifen citrate (nolvadex) on hand for PCT and am ordering activate xtreme to make sure my test goes back to normal.

    I would stop the cycle ASAP and begin pct.

    some of these so called legal steroids are the harshest ever . even known to have estrogen related side effects. all you need is a great workout plan/great diet/whey/and amino 2500 sports science plus if you can find it .

    I forgot to add this important detail, I am getting the acne sides but no sexual related side effects like are suppose to happen, I though while on cycle you couldn't get erections and stuff like that, the only thing I have felt is once and a great while my balls ache but I can still get erections! "as much as every on wanted to know that"

    I was going to ask this but forgot earlier, if I am taking say 30-40mg of liquid nolva (from ar-r) do I split it 20 20 or take the whole 40mg in one dosage?
