Hey guy's looking for some suggestions on a bulking cycle looking for some solid gains but nothing drastic.

Any suggestions on a first time bulking cycle

Age:23
Height:6'0
Weight: 180
Lifting xp: 3+ years
Juice xp: None (did some ph's but thats it)
Diet: (Needs revamped any suggestions on a good bulking diet would also be greatly appreciated)

Basically I need some imput from the ground up for a solid bulking cycle and this is the place to get it. Ie. What gear to use @ what dosages and at what times during the day/week. What supps to run beside the gear. A solid diet, and a solid pct.
Im not planning to run this until April I just wanted to get some ideas ahead of time this is very time consuming and I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks again guys.
