another beginner on dianabol
just hoping for some advice on dianabol ,
im 22
5"11
75kg..just under 12 stone
started my 1st cycle yesterday, 100tabs 10mg per tablet/ what is recommended as a good amount to take for beginners, i dont want to over do it and am cautious over lots of negative stories around steriods ,
also how accurate does your eating pattern need to be, i work night shifts and dont sleep until 10am - 3pm and often have naps at other times, can missing meals effect the tablets and make you sick?
any advice would be appreciated

Terrible idea, terrible cycle. To young bro you are looking at some pretty irreversible sides at your age and d-bol only cycles are not the ideal cycle. Drop your cycle asap.

Keep that stuff for another couple of years and give your endocrine system a chance to develop. PS Dianabol is not a good first cycle for anyone much less someone 22 and no I won't give you directions on how to lay out your first cycle. I would however advise you to stop at least for now (no danger in stopping after one day) step back and read the forum for at least an hour a day for at least a week, you will find your answers there also you will read lots about shrunken nuts, inability to get an erection, dangers of liver damage from orals and all sorts of other stuff, that way at least you can make your decision right (to wait) or wrong from and informed and knowlegable postion instead of someone laying out a cycle for you without the rest of the information on side effects and thier long term consequences.

Really look at it this way.. if this was a board on how to drive formula one cars or outlaw 10.5 do you think the advice in one post by the best driver in the world could prep you for a couple of laps or a couple of passes?

I would for sure go to the diet section and post your diet, the guys there are really knowlegable and can help you gain mass without gaining fat. I think just about anyone often even an IFBB pro can always improve thier diet ( look at Jay Cutlers shift to almost entirely fish as a protein source going into the O) always eating exactly the correct amount of calories in the correct proportions takes both knowlege and commitment. as It also takes time to learn since although many things are written in stone and apply universally once you get in the ball park then you can find out what your body responds best to as each persons body is different, compounding this issue is the fact that nutritional needs also tend to change over time. It really seems to me that using steroids is fairly simple compared to implementing an ideal diet.
You are probably eating better than I was when I came to the diet section, however for me the effects of diet were so extreme I saw more clean gains after changing my diet than I did on my first cycle with a poor diet.
As far as the eating more and getting bloated, are you eating 6-8 times a day? If not that is the first step if so try a shift away from beef and pork toward more chicken and particularly fish (not much tuna, unless it does not sour your stomach) by eating proteins lower in grease it is easier to eat more without getting that bloated feeling, keep meals with fat away from sugars and make sure to surround your workouts with your carbo rich meals. But really don't take my advice go to the diet section and talk to those who know...Last edited by Far from massive; 12-01-2010 at 10:23 AM.

This really is terrible. If you have to work or something to do you need to prepare meals and bring with you. You have to stick with it. A beginner shouldnt go above 30mg/dy and it would be wise to run a test base. Dianabol tabs can upset your stomach, it really bothered mine. AAS help with recovery, if you arent eating properly or sleeping your recovery is probably close to nil so its a waste to add them.

100 mg is WAY TOO MUCH for an intermediate user and is crazy for a first cycle. You should be in the 20-40 mg per day range. But a dbol only cycle is a very bad idea. Expect to put on some size, mainly water, then lose all of your gains after cycle. I bet you don't have a pct planned huh? Just not a good idea especially at your age. I would recommend stopping immediately before you do too much damage to yourself.

In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.
Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.
Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.
There isn't an exact age were we all stop developing and growing because this is determined by our genes and DNA, we are all genetically programmed individually and we inherit our genes from our parents. To give an exact age we stop growing would be incorrect because everyone's genetic blueprint is different. The main development of our bodies is up to the age of 21yrs of age but this can vary between individuals. There are parts of our bodies what carry on developing and adjusting slowly up until the age of 25yrs old, an example of this is the brain. The Endocrine system is a part of the brain what is very complex and keeps our bodies in a homeostasis state. Our testosterone levels start raising and roughly peak around 25yrs old and then start to slowly decline, so even though some of us may have stopped growing at the age of 21yrs old, others may still be developing up until the age of 25yrs old.
I have recently spoken to my Endo regarding this matter and he tells me that the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older. I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.

It is also pointless in taking steroids because you dont have a diet to support any kind of tissue, your under 12 stone for gods sake, it will be completely crazy for you to start steroids, do you want to be able to get a hard on? do you want to br going on hrt for the rest of your life?
sort your diet out for the next 2 yrs and dont go near a steroids, stop being stupid and be mature and forget steroids your nowhere near ready for them

everythings been said but if i could chuck this out there in clear terms.
steroids will ONLY increase the effect your training / nutrition has.
Think of steroids like a builder.. if a builder has no bricks (food) or tools (training) then he can't build a house, can he?
