Your better getting back in shape without steroids at this stage, if you have a long lay off from training just get back into the gym and start building some tissue again, you also need to work on your bf before cycling, you need to get this down to at least 12%-14% ish otherwise your going to be prone to sides. Give yourself 12 months back in the gym and reduce your bf, best of luck
